1. These terms govern the Flick Energy Limited (‘Flick‘) Friend Get Friend November 2024 Promo (‘the Flick Friend Get Friend Promo’).

2. The Flick Friend Get Friend November 2024 Promo is for all new residential customers who join us through referral from our current customers.

To be eligible for this credit they would need to:

• move into or reside at a residential address that Flick is able to serve;

• apply to join Flick at the new address and pass any necessary credit checks;

• use the unique promo code they have received from the current Flick customer they were referred by, by either:

  • a. signing up using the current Flick customer’s unique landing page link sent to them; or

  • b. by manually entering the current Flick customer’s unique promo code in the promo code field; and

• have not benefited from any other Flick promotional joining credits.

3. The Flick Friend Get Friend November 2024 Promo gives all new residential customers who meet the above criteria:

• NZ$50 credit on their Flick account.

4. The Flick Friend Get Friend Promo gives the existing customer who has referred a friend who meet the above criteria:

• NZ$50 credit on their Flick account.

5. In addition to the above, all customers who join us through this promotion will also be in to win an additional NZ$50 Friend Get Friend Power Credit to their Flick account and $50 for their friend that referred them. For the Friend Get Friend Power Credit, the following Terms and Conditions apply:

a. Flick will draw 10 Eligible Customers as winners at Flick’s discretion within 30 days of the promotion end date.

b. The winners will receive a $50 Friend Get Friend Power Credit, which Flick will pay to their Flick account.

c. The winners agree to have their first name, last initial and region announced on Flick’s promotional channels.

d. The winners will be selected from a random number generated by a unique identifier (‘Random Generator’). Flick will contact the winning customers by phone or email. If any of the winning customers fail to accept the Friend Get Friend Power Credit within 7 business days of notification, Flick reserves the right in its sole discretion to either award the Prize to another customer from the draw selected using the Random Generator, or not offer the Prize at all.

e. If at the time of the prize draw, any of the winners are in the debt cycle, they will be deemed ineligible and a new winner will be drawn from the remaining customers in the draw.

f. The Friend Get Friend Power Credit is accessed by the winners through their Flick Account and will be used to pay the winners' bills.

6. The Promo Credit is not transferable, refundable nor redeemable for cash.

7. If the customer leaves Flick before they have used all the promo credit, the promo credit will be forfeited.

8. The Friend Get Friend November 2024 Promo begins on 14 November 2024 and ends on 30 November 2024 unless notified by Flick.

9. These Friend Get Friend November 2024 Promo terms apply in addition to the standard Flick Terms and Conditions.

10. Flick reserves the right to alter or terminate this promotion at any time as per their discretion.
